I have been a successful broker in the Puget Sound Region since 2007. As a practicing full time real estate professional, I am experienced in all phases of residential real estate including, but not limited to, representing both buyers and sellers of distressed properties such as bank owned and short sales. I use a balance of professional knowledge and personal touch to bring the toughest of transactions to a successful close. I work with clients with diverse needs including: buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and vacant land development.

With both ups and downs, the real estate market has taught me how to deal with the most difficult and sensitive of real estate transactions. When most brokers were bailing out of the market, I jumped in with both feet to help people know their options to make the best decision for their future.
