Licensed since 1997, Ken is associated with Lakeside Realty LLC, the fastest growing locally owned and operated real estate company in The Mahoning Valley.

Upon getting licensed in 1997 Ken was in the Century 21 system until 2009, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience. From 2009 through 2013 he was with Northwood Realty Services receiving annual Honor Circle Awards.

Ken is a multiple recipient of the Individual Quality Service Award for outstanding customer service, and selling up to 5 Million dollars in Real Estate a year, Ken has received the Five Million Dollar Club Award and the prestigious Centurion Producer Award, in addition to numerous OAR President Sales Club Awards.

In 2008, Ken earned his VIP Relocation designation and has received his Cartus Network Certified Agent Advantage Specialist Certificate.

Born in Patterson, New Jersey, Ken has been a Boardman resident since 1968, is a graduate of Boardman High School and attended Youngstown State University. He subsequently graduated

from The Ohio School Of Broadcast Technique in Cleveland and was a radio DJ for 10 years. Prior to selling Real Estate, Ken has sold everything from Fantasea Pools to managing a team of over 30 salespeople in Tupperware Brands, while enjoying a second career as a musician for more than 20 years.
