When Greg Evans earned his real estate license in 2002, he worked as a mortgage loan officer for Pacific Coast Mortgage. In the fall of 2004, he joined the Martin Levy real estate team of Century 21 House of Realty in Middletown, California. When Century 21 North Bay Alliance opened an office in Lower Lake, Greg moved his office and has been there ever since.

Shortly after coming to Century 21 he was offered the opportunity to take on property management. He started with a handful of owners and has steadily grown the business and currently manages homes all over Lake County. By working both sales and property management, Greg can take care of all real estate needs. From acquisition to management to sales, Greg has it covered. He enjoys working with seasoned investors as well as helping first time home buyers migrate from renting to owning.

Greg is a third generation South Lake County resident. He is happily married to his wife, Katy and they have 3 grown children, 1 son and 2 daughters. He lives in Lower Lake on a small farm in a home he and Katy personally built in 2002. He enjoys the outdoors and is a lifelong horseman. He has competed in variety of disciplines and enjoys training and breeding performance Quarter Horses. When he is not working you can usually find him with his horses.

Greg is active in his community and enjoys volunteering his time. He greatly enjoys helping local kids become better horseman and find success with their horses. He is an active volunteer at the Middletown Central Park and High School Rodeo. He has taught equestrian skills to many youth in Lake County through volunteering as a 4-H leader and coordinating the Middletown Days Queen and Princess contest for several years.

With nearly 20 years of real estate experience, Greg has established a successful career in the real estate business. He has been a top producer for many years. In 2020 he earned an Emerald Producer Award from Century 21 for volume of sales. He knows Lake County and the importance of taking care of his customers.
