Oscar moved to Raleigh 13 years ago from Colombia, prior to moving he was leading a rather large real estate firm. He is not only passionate about helping families find their dream homes but also to inspire them to create and build wealth through investing in real estate.

He is certain that every person that walks through our office doors is not only a client but a person who deserves to be listened to. Although the transactions seem the same, the clients are always unique. Oscar enjoys staying active by participating in athletic events, reading, and, of course, exploring great dining venues with his family and friends. When he is not out exploring what the city has to offer, he alongside his family will probably be enjoying a trip or a cruise.
