My true LOVE for Real Estate at Century21 started nearly 18 years ago by obtaining licensure and establishing offices in both Whapeton, ND and Ottertail, MN which is also where my family was deeply rooted in each state. My career has been successful because of the extraordinary care I give my clients and by having long time relationships with some of the finest people in the world. I let them know early that MY goal is THEIR goal and also stress the importance of working closely as a "team". In addition, I enjoy sharing the partnership between Erin Olson and myself which ensures our clients access to one of us 24 hrs per day 7 days per week. We also LOVE working in the "heart" of lake country with more than 1000 lakes from which to choose. Sophisticated knowledge and negotiation skills are key to any successful sale. Knowing the nature of specific lakes and the rules of lakeshore management plus the workings of rural septic and well management is essential to bringing together a successful closing.
