Chelsea was born and raised a Midwest girl, and currently resides in the City of Delafield. She holds 10+ years of sales experience in the hospitality & tourism industry, working for International hotel brands; such as Hilton, Kimpton, Ritz-Carlton, and Marriott. She's also been a top producer for globally recognized Destination Marketing Organizations both in GA & FL. She holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Ferris State's University College of Business, along with a marketing certificate from Cornell University. Chelsea has managed her own property rentals since 2012, and prides herself in working full-time as a full-service realtor. She believes that people working in this business need to be service oriented vs. sales driven. Government transfers, corporate relocation, multi-unit investment portfolios, home staging and decorating are a few areas of her expertise. Since 2020, she has helped over 13 United States Coast Guard families relocate to SE Wisconsin with active duty orders to Sector Lake Michigan. When not selling real estate, she loves hiking her Bernese Mountain Dog throughout the Kettle Moraine State Forest, staying physically active throughout the week, dining local, paddle-boarding on Lake Nagawicka, and soaking up every last second of Lake Country in the summer months. She is also a Mom of 2 vibrant young children that are both highly active in sports within the KM School District. Her passion comes from delivering unexpected, personalized experiences for those selling or buying their next home.
