My name is Berenice Velasquez-Soto ! I was born in Mission Hospital back in 2001 and have always lived in Arden, NC. I could not have chosen a better place to raise my 3 children and pursue my career. With the Blue Ridge Mountains in our backyard, there is an endless possibility of adventures. Having such a delightful town explains why we have such a competitive market because there is only so much of the beautiful Asheville we all know and love. I attended A-B Tech in 2021 to obtain my broker's license then after carefully debating what firm would give me the best preparation and support I decided to join Century 21 Hi-Alta. God knew in which direction to guide me when choosing a firm.
