I am licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. On average, I sell or list 10-12 properties a year. I also specialize in residential and relocation sales. Having worked in a corporate environment for many years and being relocated several times myself provides the background, experience, and empathy in supporting clients who are being relocated from and to another area in the country.

I provide prompt communication, information, and feedback. I know this is often a stressful time for my clients and I walk them through the process providing the level of support and communication that they need. My first step is to identify client needs whether buying or selling a house.

I perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, conduct buyer market analysis for listings, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.

I collaborate with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, pest control businesses, and contractors that ensure sales move forward to closing. I identify and deliver innovative property marketing plans that included advertisements, open houses, and multiple listing participation that generated greater business and product interest.

My job is to provide a complete service for my clients so they are completely satisfied with their home buying or selling experience.
