Amy absolutely loves selling real estate. She also loves houses and swears she is as excited to see a home as much as the buyers are! Amy is also a good listener and will work hard to understand her clients' wants and needs. She is especially proud of the fact that many of her buyers are living happily in the home she suggested they see, even when they seemed unsure. Since obtaining her residential real estate license in 2014, Amy has helped clients buy or sell from Birch Run to Sterling, Michigan. Although her heart and soul is rooted in Bay County, where Amy has resided all her life. Amy's love for real estate started as a child. Her grandfather owned Consolidated Construction Company and built many houses in Bay City - along with commercial properties including parts of Delta College, the addition to Central High School, and the Consumers Power building on Wilder Road. Her father also spent many years constructing houses with his company, Mike Halleck Builders until he established The Bellows. Amy started working at The Bellows in high school. After graduating from John Glenn, she worked full time at The Bellows for the next 25 years. The last 10 of those as General Manager for both the Bay City and Saginaw locations. The first 10 years of that time, she attended Delta College and Saginaw Valley University at night, eventually earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in marketing. Amy married her husband, Steve, in 1990 and welcomed their only child, a daughter, in 1994. In 2015, they became grandparents. Amy's grandson, Carter, has Autism and although some things are more difficult for him, he's learning and growing. He's also funny and intelligent beyond his years. Amy tries to spend as much time with him as possible!
